La noche de hoy me empecé con una buena ruta de caminata o senderismo por las partes altas de mi pueblo donde vivo “San Pedro” vivo en la vía principal justo en la entrada del pueblo, normalmente me estaba yendo a un parque hacer barras que me queda a 30 minutos caminando pero quise cambiar la rutina y empecé a subir montaña arriba, obviamente carretera de asfalto porque subir a un monte de noche es peligroso por los animales. Pero super la verdad subir montaña cuesta arriba se siente una gran diferencia y un buen resultado de piernas.

Tonight I started with a good walking or hiking route through the upper parts of my town where I live "San Pedro" I live on the main road right at the entrance of the town, normally I was going to a park to make bars that is 30 minutes walk away but I wanted to change the routine and I started climbing up the mountain, obviously asphalt road because climbing a mountain at night is dangerous because of the animals. But super the truth going up the mountain uphill feels a big difference and a good result of legs.
