Hola amigos de Geek Zone, hace tiempo no jugaba algún videojuego de BasketBall, creo que la última vez, fue por allá en el año 2000, con NBA para Nintendo 64, recuerdo que era un buen juego, asi que después de 20 años me provocó volver a a jugar este deporte. Busqué en la Play Store y encontré un par de juegos, descargué NBA Live, pero no funcionó, nunca arrancó el juego, asi que busqué una alternativa y conseguí Fanatical Basketball, un juego que apenas pesa unos 35 mb.

Hello friends of Geek Zone, I haven't played a BasketBall videogame for a long time, I think the last time was back in 2000, with NBA for Nintendo 64, I remember it was a good game, so after 20 years it made me go back to play this sport. I searched the Play Store and found a couple of games, I downloaded NBA Live, but it didn't work, the game never started, so I looked for an alternative and got Fanatical Basketball, a game that only weighs about 35 mb.

En este juego de encuentros de Basketball, tendremos la posibilidad de jugar distintas modalidades, ya sea juego rápido, reto, o torneo y dispondremos de varios equipos norteamericanos. Tendremos múltiples características que hacen del juego más interesante, podremos mejorar el nivel de los equipos, las habilidades de los jugadores, y tendremos varias características desbloqueables, como nuevos uniformes, diseño del balón, entre otras cosas.

In this game of Basketball games, we will have the possibility of playing different modalities, either quick game, challenge, or tournament and we will have several North American teams. We will have multiple features that make the game more interesting, we can improve the level of the teams, the skills of the players, and we will have several unlockable features, such as new uniforms, ball design, among other things.

Los controles del juego son bastante simples y cómodos, tendremos dos botones para accionar, según estemos defendiendo o atacando, en defensa podremos bloquear o arrebatar el balón, y cambiar el jugador que queremos controlar, por otro lado cuando atacamos, tendremos la posibilidad de ejecutar pases y hacer lanzamientos. Los movimientos de los jugadores son poco naturales, a veces parecen como robotizados pero nos algo que afecte negativamente al juego.

The game controls are quite simple and comfortable, we will have two buttons to operate, depending on whether we are defending or attacking, in defense we can block or snatch the ball, and change the player we want to control, on the other hand when we attack, we will have the possibility to execute passes and make throws. The movements of the players are unnatural, sometimes they seem robotic but not something that negatively affects the game.

Los gráficos están bien, creo que actualmente hay poca exigencias en cuanto a los gráficos, y efectivamente estos me recuerdan a los del Nintendo 64, creo que las nuevas generaciones prestan poca atención a los gráficos, antes eran de suma importancia, por allá en el año 2010 cuando había una transición de gráficos simples a avanzados.

The graphics are fine, I think there are currently few demands in terms of graphics, and indeed these remind me of the Nintendo 64, I think the new generations pay little attention to the graphics, before they were of utmost importance, back in 2010 when there was a transition from simple to advanced graphics.

Con respecto a la dinámica de juego, debo decir que me parece que hace falta poder elegir el nivel de dificultad, los jugadores parecen un poco torpes y no hacen lo que deberían: pero según entiendo, tendremos que jugar un torneo para encontrar partidos cada vez más retadores. Hasta el momento lo que he jugado es demasiado fácil, y por lo tanto puede volverse un poco aburrido ir ganando 17-0.

Regarding the gameplay, I must say that it seems to me that I need to be able to choose the difficulty level, the players seem a little clumsy and do not do what they should: but as I understand it, we will have to play a tournament to find more and more challenging matches. So far what I've played is too easy, and therefore it can get a bit boring to be winning 17-0.

A pesar d que es muy fácil, algo que no siempre conseguimos es hacer cesta, muchas veces podemos hacer hasta 3 lanzamientos dentro del área y no encestar, no sé de qué depende esto, si de la habilidad del jugador que hace el lanzamiento o de la forma en que hacemos el lanzamiento.

Although it is very easy, something that we do not always get is to make a basket, many times we can make up to 3 shots inside the area and not make a basket, I do not know what depends on this, if the skill of the player who makes the shot or the way we make the shot.

La categoría de retos , también es sumamente sencilla, y simplemente tendremos que cumplir ciertos objetivos durante un juego normal, como hacer un Slam Dunk, anotar cierta cantidad de puntos, etc.

The challenge category is also extremely simple, and we will simply have to fulfill certain objectives during a normal game, like making a Slam Dunk, scoring a certain amount of points, etc.

En conclusión creo que este juego puede brindar un rato de entretenimiento, debe ser interesante jugar el torneo y encontrar un verdadero reto allí.

In conclusion I think this game can provide some entertainment, it should be interesting to play the tournament and find a real challenge there.
