Hello friends of Hive, I am pleased to join the initiative promoted by the Holos & Lotus community, called "Hive and Wellness Challenge" where we have to express our thoughts about this proposed theme, for this we are provided with three questions that we can use or not to develop our ideas. I have decided to answer each of the questions and these are my answers.

a.- Is Hive part of your well-being, in what way?

In my opinion, Hive is somewhat revolutionary, in a world where the habit of reading and writing is becoming less and less important for the masses. Hive has come to promote these habits that seem to be getting lost for multiple reasons related mainly to new technologies. Well, when I talk about the masses I include myself, even though I am from the generation that grew up with paper books, I am not exempt from being part of these masses that only write to chat or post banal things on social networks.

Although I am a journalist, writing has been very little present in my life, also a consequence of living in a country that offers very few opportunities in my field of work, therefore, apart from the few jobs in which I have had to write, I had no other motivation to do so and Hive came like a ring to put into practice the beautiful habit of writing.

So, I can say that Hive has not only allowed me to activate my writing mind but also my creative mind, where else would I have been able to write literature, write movie reviews, video game reviews, reflections for life, take pictures, express my ideas, share my goals, joys, sadness and frustrations, as well as some knowledge that can contribute to other people.

All this translates into well-being, Hive encourages the creative mind, and an active mind is a healthy mind. I have become a more observant person of my environment, I like to photograph everything that deserves to be shown and I have also managed to value more the experiences I live, I think of the value they have to be told and leave a final message in each of them.

All these important changes in my life are thanks to Hive, this has become my space of well-being, where I have also met incredible people and made great friendships.

Everything I have mentioned so far has to do with wellness related to the development of skills and good habits, but we cannot forget that one of the main drivers of Hive is the economy, we are also on Hive because it is a platform that to a lesser or greater extent offers some profitability to help us in our daily expenses. Much of the Hivers are here for this reason, because an incentive is necessary, the creation of quality content requires effort and few are willing to make such efforts without receiving anything in return, Hive contributes to the economic needs of many people, and this also represents welfare.

b.- Imagine you are "selling" Hive to a group of friends: What emotions related to well-being would you focus on and why? What message would you give them?

I think selling Hive is something I do all the time, I never miss an opportunity to talk to my friends about Hive. And what I tell them always goes something like this:

Hive is a platform where you can generate money simply by sharing the things you like, for everything you can imagine there is a space, a community, a group of people who will be willing to value your content and give you rewards for it. If you like to cook, travel, play video games, watch movies, express your emotions, take pictures, write stories, talk about your pets, then Hive is for you, Hive is for everyone because the possibilities are endless, you just have to create content with an intention and give the best of you in each publication.

Hive is also an investment and you can make more profit if you learn to trade with its cryptocurrency, just think about it, you can generate income just by sharing what you are passionate about, don't you think it's amazing, with your own schedule, your own work schemes, and without anyone exploiting you, as it happens a lot in my country and my colleagues who are in different countries.

You will realize that we are a very united community, and we are all willing to help each other, you will never lack a helping hand to guide you, you will even make new friends, but not just any friends, talented and very interesting people.

c.- How do you relate this blockchain world with welfare?

There is a new global economy based on blockchains, people around the world are generating income from blockchains in one way or another, either by being part of the projects as we are in Hive, or simply investing in and trading, with cryptocurrencies that are the product of each of these projects based on Blockhains. However, you have to know which blockchains offer you real economic well-being, or which ones are more of a potential investment risk. In the case of Hive, you can see an ecosystem that works perfectly, all people benefit in another way, whether they are small users like me, or investor users and curators with projects developed under the Hive blockchain.

For us small users the worst thing that can happen is that our efforts do not bear fruit, but perseverance can break any obstacle of this type. I do not know how the blockchain moves for large investors, those we know as whales, I do not know if at some point there is a loss for them. But, in general, I believe that Hive is a Blockchain inherent to well-being, not only economic, but as I mentioned before, in the field of personal development.
