Yesterday I went for a run with my friend Jose. It was late afternoon, almost evening, and the temperature was finally starting to cool down a bit. We ended up doing 3.65 kilometers.

Not a huge distance, but it was exactly what we needed. We run almost every day together, so 3.65 km is pretty normal for us. Nothing crazy, just consistent work. We kept a comfortable pace, talked about random things, and pushed each other a little when the legs started feeling heavy.

Running in the evening has its own vibe. The sun is going down, the streets get quieter, and you feel like you're closing the day the right way. No rush, no pressure. Just us, our shoes, and the road.

Jose and I have built a good rhythm over time. We know when to speed up and when to hold back. Yesterday was one of those balanced runs — not too hard, not too easy. Just right.

At the end, we checked the distance: 3.65 km. We stretched for a few minutes, said goodbye, and went home feeling good. Another day, another run. That's how we keep building our health and strength. Step by step, kilometer by kilometer.

Jose y yo hemos construido un buen ritmo con el tiempo. Sabemos cuándo acelerar y cuándo bajarle. Ayer fue una de esas carreras balanceadas — ni muy dura, ni muy fácil. Justo a tiempo.

Al final, checamos la distancia: 3.65 km. Estiramos unos minutos, nos despedimos y nos fuimos a casa sintiéndonos bien. Otro día, otra carrera. Así es como seguimos construyendo nuestra salud y fortaleza. Paso a paso, kilómetro a kilómetro.
