My Actifit outing today was a bit different, but super productive and fun! 🚶♀️💨
I headed to Havana for an important medical appointment. I went to see my great friend Diana at her practice to get a soft tissue ultrasound on my left knee . 🏥🦵 Everything went well, and I'm so happy to have friends who take care of my health! 👩⚕️❤️
The best part of the day was meeting Elsy. What a wonderful and energetic person! 🥰 From the moment I arrived, she was so cheerful and charismatic. We had an amazing time chatting and laughing together. 😄✨
And like any good trip to Havana, after the doctor's visit, we had to treat ourselves. 😋 We ended the day by eating some absolutely delicious ice cream . 🍦🍦 It was so good that the flavor lasted all the way home. 😍🇨🇺
A medical check-up day turned into a lovely experience, all thanks to the right people and some great ice cream.

Hoy mi salida de Actifit fue un poco diferente, pero muy productiva y divertida. 🚶♀️💨
Salí para La Habana a una cita médica muy importante. Fui a la consulta de mi gran amiga Diana para hacerme un ultrasonido de partes blandas de mi rodilla izquierda . 🏥🦵 Todo salió bien, ¡y estoy muy contenta de tener amigas que cuidan de mi salud! 👩⚕️❤️
Lo mejor del día fue conocer a la compañera Elsy. ¡Qué persona tan maravillosa y llena de energía! 🥰 Desde que llegué, fue súper alegre y carismática. La pasamos increíble charlando y riéndonos. 😄✨
Y como todo buen paseo por La Habana, después de las consultas había que consentir al estómago. 😋 Terminamos el día comiendo unos helados que estaban absolutamente deliciosos . 🍦🍦 Eran tan buenos que el sabor me duró todo el camino a casa. 😍🇨🇺
Un día de chequeo médico que se convirtió en una linda experiencia gracias a las personas correctas y un buen helado.
