I decided to run 4 km with my dad, something we hadn't done together in a while. 👟💨 We went to "Parque de los Rusos" – a local park with a curious name. Why? Because about 30 years ago, several Russian families lived in this neighborhood, and the name just stuck! 🇷🇺🏘️✨
The sun was out, the trees gave us some shade, and the path was perfect for a good run. ☀️🌿 We kept a steady pace, pushing each other without even saying a word. 💪🗣️ Sometimes he led, sometimes I did. But the best part? Sharing stories between breaths, laughing at old memories, and making new ones right there on the track. ❤️😄
4 km never felt so meaningful. Grateful for health, for my dad, and for little adventures like this. 🙏👟

Me decidí a correr 4 km junto a mi papá, algo que no hacíamos juntos desde hacía tiempo. 👟💨 Fuimos al "Parque de los Rusos" – un parque del barrio con un nombre curioso. ¿El motivo? Porque hace unos 30 años, varias familias rusas vivían en esta zona, ¡y el nombre se quedó para siempre! 🇷🇺🏘️✨
El sol acompañaba, los árboles nos daban sombra y el camino estaba perfecto para correr. ☀️🌿 Mantuvimos un ritmo constante, empujándonos el uno al otro sin necesidad de hablar mucho. 💪🗣️ A veces él llevaba el paso, a veces yo. ¿Lo mejor? Compartir historias entre respiración y respiración, reírnos con viejos recuerdos y crear otros nuevos justo ahí, sobre la pista. ❤️😄
4 km nunca se sintieron tan significativos. Agradecido por la salud, por mi papá y por pequeñas aventuras como esta. 🙏👟
