My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2025 /Roasted under the sun. [Ing-Esp]

Saludos estimados amigos y compañeros, espero que hoy estén bien y mañana mucho mejor.

Today I went out after noon to do some shopping I had to do for the house. As soon as I stepped outside, the sun almost roasted me with its intensity. The heat was so strong that it felt like my skin was burning.

Hoy salí después del mediodía a hacer unas compras que tenía pendientes para la casa, apenas salí a la calle, el sol casi me rostiza con la intensidad que tenía, el calor era tan fuerte que se sentía como ardía mi piel.

The first thing I did was go to the supermarket to buy some food. The best thing was that it had air conditioning, which was a total relief, and we got what we needed. Then I went to a store with the intention of buying some glasses for my niece, and also for myself.

Lo primero que hice fue entrar al supermercado a comprar algo de comida, lo mejor es tenía aire acondicionado, esto fue un alivio total y conseguimos lo necesario, luego me dirigí a una tienda con la intención de comprar unos anteojos para mi sobrina, y también para mí.

There were many beautiful models, with modern designs and colors that I loved, but the ones I liked best didn't have the formula I needed. After reviewing several options, I ended up choosing ones that did fit my formula, even though they weren't the color I wanted, but they are also very beautiful.

Había muchos modelos hermosos, con diseños modernos y colores que me encantaron, pero, los que más me gustaban no tenían la fórmula que necesitaba, después de revisar varias opciones, terminé eligiendo unos que sí se ajustaban a mi fórmula, aunque no eran del color que quería, pero también son muy bellos.

We continued on our way and bought a T-shirt for my children. We found one they loved, with a fun and colorful design. With almost everything ready, we made one last stop to buy some ice cream, cool off a bit, and head home.

Seguimos el recorrido y compramos una franela para mis niños, encontramos una que les encantó, con un diseño divertido y colorido, ya con casi todo listo, hicimos una última parada para comprar unos helados, para refrescarnos un poco y regresar a casa.

Despite the heat and a few setbacks, it was a very productive day. We returned with everything we needed and with the satisfaction of having accomplished what we had planned on time, because after relentless sunshine, it ended up raining quite heavily.

A pesar del calor y algunos contratiempos, fue un día muy productivo, volvimos con todo lo necesario y con la satisfacción de haber cumplido con lo planeado a tiempo, porque después de un sol implacable, tenmino lloviendo vastante fuerte.
