Yes, I am working hard to get myself back in good mental and physical shape, or at least the best I can under my current conditions. A little over 10 years ago I was training for marathons and stuff. Now I can barely walk a 1 mile in under 30 minutes without going shit town. So yes, having someone like @cynshineonline and @gentleshaid to walk and talk with on a weekly basis is really uplifting.

Oh hell, that tip wasn't for your ugly mug, that was for that beautiful smile of your daughter's. That smile made my day! Without her, by your side, you would have got bubkus 😀
