My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2024

as i was so busy with work,
i couldn't really do much.
my count steps were even stuck,
stuck at around 600.

there is really nothing much to write,
nothing much happened.
the day went on i don't even know how,
everything just passed by like a blur.
like running on auto mode,
the day turned to night.
light to dark,
yet here i am sitting in limbo.
head calling the shot,
fingers firing shots,
it's time to log out.
work done!

sorry, just got carried away. anyway, did the usual hour long walking on a level 10 incline treadmill.
