My Actifit Report Card: May 19 2023
Hello guys, how are you doing today? Welcome to my yesterday report.
The day itself wasn't more interesting than any other recently, but I did remember to take some photos this time :).
I kinda got the habit of 2-3 days of the week to make good through posts and the others I'm just too head down in work so I don't even want to think of a longer post, for which I apologize, but there has to be a balance. 🙏
So, in the morning I worked on the computer, mostly looking at some stuff on The Hive network, nothing specific. I've been thinking that If I dedicate 30 mins - 1hr a day of focused time on the network just for communicating with people and engaging would be so beneficial. First I have to get my other projects alligned in a "schedule", but that will happen bit by bit :)
The issue at hand for me right now is that I spent a lot of time on the computer and as much as I like to think that I'm conscious about how and where I spend my time, it's easy to get drifted into entertainment mode, especially for a mind that's not trained.
I also played a bit with the Rubik's cube(it's not actually a rubik's but yeah) and still I remember how to solve it without a problem. The formulas are deep engraved into my reactive memory so I don't even think of the turns you have to do. It's even hard to explain them to someone else, because I don't remember them in a formula variants anymore...
Anyway, I got a bit off topic, but I hope it's interesting stuff for you guys :)
Around noon as usual I did my stroll in the city, but It was a quick one... just to my other place.
In the afternoon I did some more training and excersise and mainly being present and breathing, that's why I like to refer to everything just as "yoga" sometimes. I also took another walk on some errands close by.🙏
In the evening I was mostly relaxing.
