My Actifit Report Card: September 27 2022

I have been able to have a good sleep without any wind. The strong winds the other night gave me only 2 hours of sleep. Thankfully, I got around 10 hours this time, and got paid my sleep debt.

I still have nasty feeling after having a fever the other day, but it's better now. I'm able to do some chores like cooking, and do my online tasks.

We are supposed to attend our midweek meetings in the city. We were already prepared, had our early dinner, and got dressed up. But I still have an annoying headache, and there's a threat of strong rains which really happened. My wife and I decided to attend our meetings virtually. She also prepared steam for inhalation which helped. Too bad she's not feeling well before she sleeps.

Sounds like your wife might now have what you had. I understand the headaches; I've been on a headache cluster now for the past month and a half which is amplified with the bug, unfortunately. I hope you both feel better soon. Take care and good job with your 8478 @actifit steps for the day!
