My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2023

I have no other plans for the day but stay at home, and do my online tasks. Of course, I did my online chores like cooking and washing the dishes.

My wife is feeling better but there are times when her sore throat is bad. I hope she'll feel better. In the afternoon, we went out for a walk in a nearby park, and bought some necessities in a mini-grocery which is in parallel with the park.
