My Actifit Report Card: April 13 2023

I woke up quite early, prepared our breakfast, and did my online tasks after the meal. I felt dizzy around late morning so I laid down on the sofa.

Around 4pm, I heard noises from the neighborhood. It's actually loud drums. I thought there was a band, and a celebration. It's just for a short time.

However, around 7pm the noise was back. There's a birthday party in the neighborhood, and the band is so loud that I had a difficult time to handle it. It gave me bad headaches.

Around 9pm, the sound was lowered only to go louder at 10pm. Around 11pm, I thought it was already over but they became loud again at 1am. They could've made the party earlier to avoid a nuisance in the neighborhood.

Right now I have headaches because of lack of sleep.
