If the club says they don't need his service again he will leave of on a free transfer but for the club that the Argentine will join it left for him to make his decision on where to go and which club he want to play for because it his carrier. But I think PSG will be preferable for his sty of playing
It as always been like this, today we here he want out and tomorrow he's signing for Barcelona again, sori to say not on till I see a done deal with anything other club before I believe he more, but amoung this clubs Messi will likely to go too PSG.

If truly Lionel Messi is in Ghana sign a new contract with Barcelona I think the next destination for him will be PSG because PSG has been keen on getting his signature for some time now and he will be pleased to sign for PSG
Sad times it must be for the Catalan Club and its fans with the departure of their talisman. I can only imagine how sad they must feel with him leaving the club after giving over a decade to the club.
I however believe this decision presents a great adventure for the Argentine has it offers him with the chance to make a name for himself elsewhere at another club and to end the long existing debate on if he performs such wonders has seen at his time at Barcelona. I believe the football great Lionel Messi will end this debate in whatever club he chooses to move next to.
I believe French Giants Paris Saint German is the most likely destination for the Argentine considering that they are one of the only club that can offer such an amount to a player of Messi's calibre. The other Club that comes close is Manchester City but I doubt the citizens would be willing to let him come this time around considering the sum they spent already signed Jack Grealish and what they are planing to spend on English captain Harry Kane.
Will be watching closely to see where he eventually moved to. I wish him all the best of luck in whatever club he chooses to move next to.
