Today I went to have a look at another block of land with a small house that needed finishing off. I was very interested and yet again when I went to find out more about it was told it went under contract today. Wow I don't know what is happening that's two day's in a row that's happened. And this block has been for sale for many months.

I spent last night camping in my van at a little town in Queensland Australia called Tara.

Yeah man just putting my feelers out and having a look about. I am not to concerned just strange that two properties sold the day I looked at them lol.
