The practice of Martial Arts

**Hi hivesian, I woke up from bed to see today a good day, I also believe it's a good day you'll enjoy.
Today I want to deliberate on the practice of Martial Arts hope you will like it. Stay tuned....

First, what is martial arts?
Martial arts are the games that promote self defence. Examples are fighting games or sports known as Combats. The fighting could be done with or without weapons. If it is fought with weapons, we use the following knife, machete both long and short stroke, stick etc. But fighting without weapons the people involved have to train on how to contract their muscles.

Various Types of Martial Arts

In martial arts games some of the various types are:

1. Kung-fu
This type of Martial Arts is used to test the strength of an individual

2. Judo
Judo is a sport that deals with training the mind and body formation. Judo sport is aimed at throwing or taking down opponent. It was created by Kanō Jigorō in 1882. It is also an armless sport which does not require weapons during practice.

3. Karate
Karate is the fighting sport which is describe as the sport fight with empty hand which is rooted from kara and te. It is also a game for physical fitness and development of defensive body movement.

4. Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a martial arts that is characterized by various skills which includes jumping kicking, punching and head kicking specifically.This game was first played in Korea in 1940s. Therefore taekwondo is a kicking and punching game which is a technical operation.

5. Kendo
Kendo is a martial art which is done with the use bamboo stick as the major weapon.Kendo differs greatly from others martial arts which this one really involves the use of weapon like the bamboo stick shaped in the form of machete.

Kendo is very interesting to practice as it helps in the development of your hamstring, chest and shoulders as well as burning of calories and improvement of stamina. Those who involve in this sport are always physically fit.

We also have other martial arts like Aikido and Jujiutsi but basically I wanted to discuss on the four points.

Importance of Martial Arts
Every games where people are involved have its significance to the people involved like-wise martial arts has it importance. Let's look at it sequentially;
1. To develop self-defence
2. It's a means of physical fitness
3. It's a profession in sports or physical education training
4. It's a medium for mental fitness and calmness.
