District Meet 2025: Hard Work, Dedication, and Team Spirit

I'm @jadeneywrites but you can call me ken instead, I want to share with about our Sports District Meet in our schools, before the Earthquake that struck in Cebu our Sport District Meet Events are already announced that will be on October month but the cause of the Earthquake our events have been postponed.

Previous week we prepared for the upcoming events all athletes working hard and coaches they do their best to support their athletes. If I'm not mistaken the District meet are start in this week. But there is no parade gonna happen in our events cause of the earthquake damages, even though we're still grateful because this is what we've waiting for the district meet where all schools in Tabogon (in my hometown) are all competing by school.

I you don't mind the sports that I join is the sports we're I was capable of the Table Tennis sports I like basketball also but they're so many players and I must prefer in Table Tennis sports. Before the event I tried tune up of my old school which is the Ilihan Integrated School (IIS) if you saw my previous post I talk about my previous school.

I show you all the athletes training and hardworking for their goals, while im playing against my old school so many athletes out there. Some of people you see in the picture are not an athletes they study, because in their school they have an Face-to-face class limited.

Playing against my old school made me nervous but also proud to see how much I’ve improved. Many students watched, whether they were athletes or attending limited classes.

As the week went on, the excitement grew even more. Every athlete worked hard, and coaches gave their best to support us. Even with the earthquake delays and no parade this year, we were still grateful to compete.

This District Meet is not just about winning it’s about showing our hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship. I’m proud of all the athletes giving their best, and this is a moment we’ll never forget.
