Nice selection of clothes!
Normally the payment is supposed to be at end of month, like at the 30th of April but they are just nice.
Why not on the 15th every month? Then you would work 15 days in advance without payment and then they would pay about 15 days in advance, too ... fair deal. :-)

Sure, they have the risk that you would get 'lazy' but you have the risk that they don't pay at the end of the month. So to pay on the 15th seems to be a fair deal. :-)
