Culminada la semana 2 del calendario de la temporada regular, en este post, nos proponemos dar a conocer el mejor y peor desempeño de cada conferencia, división y equipo , para ello hemos utilizado las estadísticas oficiales de la página oficial de la NFL tal como lo hicimos en nuestro post anterior referente a la semana 1 , al final del post el lector podrá leer nuestras conclusiones y conocer a los jugadores de la semana tanto de la conferencia nacional como de la americana.

Podemos apreciar en la tabla anterior que la división con mejor desempeño se ubica en la división ESTE, donde sobresale la franquicia de Buffalo Bills invicta en 2 encuentros, los neoyorkinos fueron el mejor equipo de la conferencia americana en anotaciones con 72 puntos y 17 puntos en contra, terminaron también como el mejor equipo en diferencia de puntos con +55. El mariscal de campo con mejor desempeño fue Tua Tagovailoa de los Miami Dolphins, quien en el partido de la semana 2 contra los Baltimore Ravens anotó 6 touchdowns | 72% de pases completados | 469 yardas lanzadas e índice de pasador de 124.10. En la división Este solo hay dos equipos invictos con 2 juegos (Miami Dolphins - Buffallo Bills).

Con el peor desempeño en la conferencia americana encontramos a otra franquicia de New York, esta vez los Jets, quienes destacaron como el equipo que más puntos le anotaron sus rivales (54) y con la mayor diferencia de puntos con (-14), pero no todo es tan malo para los New York Jets, porque su mariscal de campo Joe Flacco, lidera la estadística en cuanto a pases completados | 63 pases completados en 103 intentos para un porcentaje del 61.20% en 2 juegos | Es 3° en yardas lanzadas con 616 y 8° en touchdowns con 5. En esta división hasta la fecha dos equipos tienen balance de 1 juego ganado y 1 perdido (New England Patriots y New York Jets).

Para hablar del mejor y peor desempeño de las divisiones de la conferencia Nacional, emplearemos al igual que lo hicimos con la conferencia Americana, las estadísticas del diferencial de puntos, como se puede visualizar a simple vista, el mejor desempeño lo alcanzó la división Este de la conferencia Nacional, el equipo que resalta como el mejor de la división y de la conferencia, son los Philadephia Eagles, como la franquicia que más anotó puntos en la división y el resto de la conferencia con 62 puntos, destaca la actuación de su mariscal de campo, Jalen Hurts, quien se ubica 7° en el top 10 de la estadística de yardas lanzadas con 576, y 2° en touchdowns por tierra con 3.

En esta división, hay 2 equipos invictos en dos juegos (Piladelpia Eagles - New York Giants), así como 2 equipos con un partido ganado y uno perdido ( Washington Commanders - Dallas Cowboys), el otro mariscal de campo que resalta con muy buen desempeño es Carson Wentz, de los Washington Commanders, perteneciente también a la división Este, el mismo se ubica 5° en pases completados con 57 | 2° en yardas lanzadas con 650 y 3° en touchdowns con 7.

Con el peor desempeño de la conferencia Nacional están los Arizona Cardinals, pertenecientes a la división oeste, esta franquicia fue a la que más le anotaron puntos en toda la división y en toda la conferencia con 67 puntos en contra, este desempeño de los rojos plumíferos en conjunto con sus primos alados, Seattle Seahawks, contribuyeron a hundir a la división Este, ya que entre estas dos franquicias suman 110 puntos en contra y -35 en diferencial de puntos, en esta división todos los equipos tienen récord de 1 ganado y 1 perdido ( San Francisco 49 ers | Los Angeles Rams | Seattle Seahawks | Arizona Cardinals).

Impresionantes datos estadísticos con un excelente análisis de opinión de la semana 2, pude observar en casa el juego de Dallas y Cincinnati y me impresionó el mal inicio de temporada que han tenido los campeones de la conferencia americana, es increíble lo que puede cambiar el panorama de una temporada a la otra.

Por otra parte es impresionante lo de Tom Brady a sus 40 y tantos lanzando aún rayos y centellas, definitivamente la leyenda continua.
