My Actifit Report Card: March 21 2023

Hello actifitters,

Today is Zumba day. Right after work, I opened YouTube on the tv and right away saw on the recommended videos from TML crew.

I started with a dance that has a slow tempo as warm-up. Then I pretty much just let the YouTube whatever is next. I danced for about an hour and got sweat a lot.

I ended up burning a total of 669 KCal.

After the zumba, I rested for about 20 mins then took a shower. There's a lot to do today, my partner if flying to Ilo-Ilo tomorrow and I need to help with the preparation. We'll also need to sleep early today so that we won't miss his 5am flight tomorrow.
