My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2023

Hello Actifitters!

Happy Sunday everyone. Since I wasn't able to dance Zumba yesterday, I've allotted an hour today to do it.

First I did a 5 min warm-up. Then I straight ahead went to TML crew on YouTube, my go-to channel for Zumba.

The first song I danced to was RUDE BOY x S&M b(RIHANNA MASH UP) | Dance Fitness | TML Crew VenJay Ygay.

I enjoyed dancing RUDE BOY x S&M b(RIHANNA MASH UP) | Dance Fitness | TML Crew VenJay Ygay. So I played and dance with it again as the last song for today's Zumba.

I managed to burn a total of 511 KCal today.
