Most students are not aware of the opportunity to do regular masters at BUET by studying honors at the National University. I also did not know, but when I was studying in the 2nd year of honors, I came to know through a Facebook post that a brother named Ashutosh Nath, who completed honors in chemistry from the National University, had received a fully funded PhD offer from the University of Massachusetts in the United States.
The matter was widely covered in national dailies, media, and social media. After searching, I found out that it is true that he studied honors in chemistry from the National University, but he did his masters in chemistry from BUET!!
After searching in detail, I found out that there is an opportunity to do regular masters in mathematics, chemistry, physics, and other engineering subjects at BUET. I saw a little ray of hope in the extremely disappointed and devastated human condition at the National University. After that, by collecting information little by little and preparing, I got the opportunity to get admitted to the regular masters program at BUET by the infinite mercy of the Almighty.
