An ideal dish for a diet menu is vegetables boiled with shrimp without oil. It can be eaten to fill the stomach, and there is no shortage of taste. Half a kilogram of various types of vegetables such as beetroot, carrot, kakrol, chichinga, dhundal, shrimp, cauliflower or kale should be cut into thin lengths. You should also take a few shrimp fish or dried shrimp, garlic cloves, green pepper and salt to taste. If you want, you can do without oil completely while cooking, but adding a few drops of oil will enhance the taste.

First, lightly fry the garlic and shrimp in a little oil in a pot. Then add water and salt and let it boil well. When the water boils, first boil the thick vegetables, then the light vegetables for a few minutes on high heat. When the vegetables are half cooked, check if the salt is right. Finally, add the green pepper slices and coriander leaves. If you want, you can sprinkle lemon juice on it and eat it with hot rice, but eating it straight is also a different pleasure.

This dish is light but nutritious enough, suitable for a diet menu, and also tastes great.
