My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2023
This has been a great day for me as I managed to make 5k steps after failing to hit this minimum target for long!
I actually took an evening walk in the neighborhood and ended up coming back home when it's dark as shown above.
I went out when it was still day as shown in the pic below hehe.
I have been indoors for long and I decided to talk a stretch as it's good for my health.
I saw myself walk til it got dark , I just decided to walk to our town here and enjoy nature.
Anyway it was a great adventure for me as I sweated and now I am refreshed after taking a shower and going to have a good night's sleep.
