My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2023

I can't believe I haven't moved out of the gate today as I had many online meetings and Twitter Spaces to attend to today so I have been holed up on the gate/compound.

I just tried to move out of the house to stretch a bit .

I am now planning on going out with friends to have a few beers and maybe dance 😂

I hope to be more active next week because this week I haven't exercised which is bad for my health!
