Enjoying Evening Walk in A Cold Weather|| My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2026
Asslamoalekum and hello to my #actifit community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you people are having a great weekend. I am also pretty good. We are enjoying winter here in Pakistan. It was a very cold day here in Pakistan. The clouds were wandering in the sky. The weather was very beautiful.
I got up bit late in the morning. Unfortunately I missed my Fajar prayer. Although the start of day wasn't good. But still I managed to make this day wonderful. After having breakfast I contacted carpenter. Actually he had to visit my residence because he had to do some wood work at my house. So in the afternoon, he came to my house and fixed three doors of my rooms. He completed wood work after Zohar prayer. After offering Zohar prayer I called my cousin Surat khan and we departed to offer fateha at the residence of one of my friends Hafeezullah Khan. So we reached there in fifteen minutes, offered fateha there and returned to home.
In the evening I decided to go for walk to nearby canal track. This track is my favourite one because there are lot's of nature around this track. Plenty of trees, plants and a beautiful thal canal is flowing around the track.
I offered my Asar prayer near this track and contacted my friend Imran Khan who was already there at the track. The rough track was tailor made for evening walk. The sun was vanished because of wandering clouds in the sky. Although it was very cold there , but still we were enjoying evening walk. Being fit and healthy has become our goal in life and we are chasing this goal quite well.
We started walking on the track and having gupshup. The topic of discussion was "How to be consistent in being fit and healthy? My friend Imran Khan was of the view that we should be disciplined in our exercise and walking activity and we should cut off sugar from our diet. He also said that dinner should be very light and the major part of our diet should be consist of protein. Actually I lost my weight from 74 kg to 70 kg means I lost 4 kg weight from last couple of months. He told me that now I am too thin and loosing more weight could harm my health. I should gain muscle weight instead of fat. I should remove fat and increase muscles weight. I agreed with his opinion. I have removed my belly fat but my muscles are still not strong enough. So I had to work on my muscles build up. We were enjoying natural scenes while walking on the beautiful track. The trees were dancing in the air. The clwere wandering in the sky. The grass was wet with dew. It was getting more and more dark.




While walking we crossed three water pumps. The clean drinking water of these beautiful hand pumps is a blessing for our village people. The water of these pumps is similar to mineral water. So whenever we came here we drink water of these hand pumps.

Old Syphons were built for the drainage of rain water. But unfortunately these Syphons are always full of water.




We returned from walk before Maghreb prayer. It was a great evening walk. We enjoyed a lot.
