From Lazy Lifestyle to Active Life, My Refreshing Walk in Sargodha: My Actifit Report Card: February 17 2026
Assalam-o-Alaikum and hello to my #Actifit community!
Here I am writing another interesting photo walking activity blog in this community.
I am the kind of person who does not compromise on health. I don’t like people who don’t care about their health. Believe me, once health issues are created and we become ill, then we realize the importance of health. If we are not healthy, we cannot support our family and we cannot continue our professional life. We are nothing without health.
So, I always prefer my health over other things. Health stands first in my life. I have set my priorities in life, and health is my number one priority. Look, nowadays our lazy lifestyle is making us weaker and unhealthy. Physical activities are almost zero in most of our lives.
In a country like Pakistan, because of unhealthy habits, more than 33 percent of people are suffering from diabetes. No gym, no exercise, no running, no cardio, and even no walking in most of our daily routines. But I am quite different from most people. I am trying to be consistent with my exercise and walking activities. I have completely cut off white sugar from my daily routine. I am taking healthy and organic food.
Anyways, let me come to today’s photo walking activity.
I got up a bit late in the morning and had my breakfast with a half-fried egg and bread. After having breakfast, I decided to go for a walk in a new place. I chose a beautiful road which goes towards Chiniot. This road is very busy. I started walking briskly. There were beautiful green wheat fields along the way, and the farmers were working in the fields. I also saw a few solar tube wells during my walk.

Sargodha is famous for supplying firewood to different cities of Pakistan. So, there are places where firewood is being supplied. The labourers were working to cut the wood into pieces.
There was a beautiful tiny mosque on the roadside. Its name was Faizan-e-Madinah Mosque.




In Sargodha, I saw for the first time a brick kiln alongside the roadside. It was good to see that the government has installed zigzag technology in brick kilns to reduce air pollution. It is a wonderful step by the government of Pakistan.
Whenever I get bored, I start walking briskly towards green fields. Believe me, my mood becomes better after visiting these kinds of beautiful places and walking in natural surroundings.
After walking for a while, I reached a hotel where I wanted to take tea. I rested for a while there and had tea. It was a beautiful desi hotel.
I returned to my residence after walking for almost seven to eight kilometers. Then I decided to spend some quality time in the little garden where my favourite flowers, roses, have grown. Their sweet smell was spreading around. The petals of the flowers were dancing in the air. The weather was cloudy and the atmosphere was outclass. So, I enjoyed nature for some time.

Then I went to check my weight. My weight was still 70 kg, which is a good weight. I am still slim and smart. I have lost six to seven kilograms in the last few months, and it’s a great achievement for me.
I completed 8,000 steps of walking again today, which is another great milestone achieved by me.
