My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2026
Asslamoalekum and hello to my #Actifit community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing pretty well. In this blog I am going to tell you about my today's activity report.
Health has always been a priority for me. I love to do physical activity. Walking and jogging are my favourite physial activities. I lost oo much weight. That's why I was feeling it weak. I lost seven kg weight from 76 to 67 kg. And now I am tryto to gain my weight because I was feeling bit weak.
Today I got up bit late in the morning. After having my breakfast, I went to my work place. In the evening I returned from my work and contacted my best friend Imran Khan for evening walk.
We started walking at our favourite village track that we call tha canal track. This is a my favourite track because at one side of the rack there is beautiful canal called that canal. And t other side there are wonderful green trees and plan. Infact a little forest at other side of canal.
First we started brisk walk. We were discussing the tricks and tips of weight loss. My friend was of the opinion that weight loss is a boring type of journey but some people who have courage, consistency and patience get the desired results. Only few people succeed in loosing weight. I also added to his view that it also very difficult to maintain weight when we loose it. My friend aagreed with me.
We were enjoying the scenery of our village beauty. The sun was setting in the west. The view of sunset was something very fascinating for me. We enjoyed the scene.
People were also busy in the evening walk. We are very lucky that we have beautiful places for walking, jogging and for tothwr exercises. Another blessing that we have is leisure time for walking or jogging. Most of people cannot do exercise because they don't have leisure time for their fitness.

I have completed 10 k steps after a long time. It really is a milestone achievement.
