Green Fields, Forest Paths & Sunset Jogging: Another Active Day My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2026
Asslamoalekum and hello to #Actifit community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing pretty well. It was another wonderful day here in my village. It rained cats and dogs last night. So the weather became very pleasant. I got uo bit late in the morning. It was weekend, so I relaxed in the afternoon.
In the evening I decided to go for my daily workout. I am the to be consistent in my physical activity. Believe me I am feeling very active and my fitness is getting better day by day. I prefer jogging over running and walking.But today's physical activity was a mix up of joging and walking. I think if we start jogging or walking at least five days in a week then we can live a healthy life. But unfortunately most of us don't spare time for physical activities. They don't go for walking or jogging and ultimately they fall ill. Almighty ALLAH build our body for moving not for relaxing all the day.
I feel myself pretty much lucky that I am persistent in my physical activities. I am regular in my exercise . I try to complete 6k steps regularly.
Today first I went for walking alone at a very natural and soothing place in m y village Pai Khel. I crocrossed famous railway track of my village that is built by British Government before the establishment of Pakistan. I took some pictures there and passed away.
I tried to shoot these pictures in a different way. I hope you will like these pictures.





There were many trees and plants were there. People were busy wth their crops. Some were watering the crops and some were grazing their sheep and goats. Nature was at it's peak and I was enjoying my evening walk.
The green fields were lookin awesom.





After visiting green fields, I went towards forest of my village. This little forest itilor made for evening walk because there is no sunshine in the forest. The birds were chirping and it was pin drop silence in this natural place.








Then I joined my friend a canal track and started jogging. We enjoyed the beautiful view of sun set. Again I completed 6k steps and I am pretty much happy that I am crossing 5k steps regularly.
