Hace unas semana atrás nos enteramos que una de las más grandes leyendas del Barcelona regresaría a tomar las riendas del primer equipo, hubo mucho rumores y especulaciones al respecto ya que era una noticia, de ser cierta, muy grande y esperada. Llegó el día, se hizo el anuncio y con él una renovación en la esperanza de todos los fanáticos culés, Xavi Hernández se convierte en el nuevo técnico.

Xavi venía de entrenar en Qatar haciéndolo bastante bien la verdad, ganó siete títulos en apenas dos años pero él no llega al Barca por eso, lo hace porque es una persona la cual siempre había expresado que quería entrenar al equipo de su vida y por el famoso ADN que tienen ciertos jugadores al quedar vinculados para siempre con el equipo que marcó sus carreras.
Xavi came from coaching in Qatar doing quite well, he won seven titles in just two years but he did not come to Barca for that reason, he came because he is a person who had always expressed that he wanted to coach the team of his life and because of the famous DNA that certain players have when they are forever linked to the team that marked their careers.

Hablemos un poco de ese "ADN" y de si poseerlo es suficiente para llegar al éxito. Unos pueden pensar que si y otros que no, la cosa es que Ronald Koeman, ex entrenador, es una leyenda igualmente dentro del Barcelonismo, no a la altura de Xavi pero lo es y el tamaño de fracaso que fue su gestión es gigante así que con ese ejemplo van ganando los que dicen que no. Hay otros ejemplos, Frank Lampard entrenó al Chelsea y su paso fue lamentable en sus 2 años frente a los blues.

Regresando a Xavi realmente espero que logre recuperar el juego y la moral del Barcelona, tiene los papeles y el respeto de todos para hacerlo. Fue un jugador que estuvo en una de las épocas doradas del equipo por lo que creo que tiene lo que se necesita para sacar adelante al Barca, un estilo de juego único basado en la asociación continua entre TODOS los jugadores en cancha y además de que no inventa en el sentido de que en cada posición va a estar el jugador adecuado, para él la improvisación no existe.
Going back to Xavi I really hope he manages to recover the game and the morale of Barcelona, he has the roles and the respect of everyone to do it. En mi humilde opinión creo que pasa por dos razones: la primera vendría siendo por un tema de jerarquía dentro del vestuario, un jugador con sangre culé, ese ADN del que hablé antes, para que ponga orden y sea esa voz de la experiencia dentro del campo de juego. Actualmente en el Barcelona hay muchos jóvenes que no tienen a ese jugador dentro de la cancha, están Busquets y Piqué pero ellos no son tan lideres como lo puede llegar a ser Dani Alves.
In my humble opinion I think it happens for two reasons: the first would be a hierarchy issue within the locker room, a player with culé blood, that DNA I talked about before, to bring order and be that voice of experience on the field. Currently in Barcelona there are many young players who do not have that player on the field, there are Busquets and Piqué but they are not as leaders as Dani Alves can be.
