Hi my friends! I was in a sort of funk as I headed out on a walk tonight. Covid numbers are going up pretty dramatically in the U.S. right now, which is so sad and avoidable. But here we are. ANYway, so I went out to walk off the angst, and actually had a smile on my face when I got home. Walking outdoors is that powerful!
Ah, see? You take in natural beauty when you get outside. It is mind altering.
Of course “nature” is the operative word, but I was walking through neighborhoods and a man made park.
There weren’t as many flowers there as the park where I usually walk but I captured a few!

Walking outdoors in such serene surroundings can only but lift the mood!
I was really so angry with the way our government has been handling this pandemic but then on Sunday we took a walk along the beachfront and I came away feeling a whole lot better.
