Just hanging around the house - Actifit Report Card: February 16 2021

Two days in a row I have not made it out of the house. The severe cold continues. Not that it’s any sort of excuse. If you have seen my blog lately, I’ve been out walking in the most extreme temps! But I did use the excuse, as I had things to take care of after work both days - a story deadline yesterday and book club tonight. So I worked out in front of the TV. And that means I only have around-the-house pics to share.

For starters, here are my Valentine flowers from my husband.

They were moved to this spot after my cat knocked the whole vase over in the night. The water soaked my nearly-complete 1000-piece puzzle, destroying it.

Now, you may think something along the lines of “couldn’t you just let the pieces dry?” And that would be a no. The images on the puzzle pieces had completely lifted off.

Doesn’t she look terribly guilty? Can you tell she was scheming?

Here’s a picture of the puzzle. It was hard work. I had completed everyhtnk except the dark building and the starry sky!
