Walking in a snowy landscape- Actifit: January 6 2022

A friend and I ventured out into the cold for a walk today, even though we are still in a super cold spell and it was -7 Fahrenheit.

We were dressed for it and had a beautiful walk. And in fact I was a little too warm by the end. All of my heavy winter gear really is quite warm!

I captured some of the scenery as we walked along. I love the winter sky and the bright snow.

I also love the marsh and the cattails in winter. I always take a few pictures of them when I walk at this park.

The trees in winter are very stark, without their leaves. But the snow decorates them nicely. Can you tell which way the wind was blowing in the recent snow fall?
