Dog park and gardening in the heat - Actifit: July 5 2022

Today was hot. I went to the dog park with Zoey before 9 and it was already too hot for her to have much of an interest in chasing the ball. But she made a friend!

Back at home I puttered in the part of the garden that was not yet in the sun. I was excited to see all the blossoms on the cucumber vine. But of course you know what that means. They will all be ripe at the same time!

I stood back to get a full picture of the garden. It changes daily!

Hopefully this little heat wave will be over by tomorrow. It is not pleasant and it is more conducive to lethargy than exercise!
