My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2020
It was very rainy today so I didn’t walk very far today. I did a very tough workout today though.
I’m weak with hammer curls so I started fresh doing hammer curls until failure and then used a lighter dumbbell to continue past failure. After that I did pull-ups and push-ups, once again past failure. When I could do no more pull-ups I jumped and slowly lowered myself back down. When I failed on push-ups I started doing girl push-ups. And after the push-ups I did overhead tricep extensions with a dumbbell and on failure I switched to a lighter dumbbell. I then did one legs squats, preacher curls and crunches.
I got a great pump and felt exhausted. I’m going to do this workout on Friday, as well. Next week I won’t be working out as hard though because I want to start dieting next week.
