Neskromne se pochlubim, ze jsem opet dal 10 km a dokonce o chlup lepsi tempo nez minule. Uprimne receno jsem to necekal. V predchozich dvou dnech jsel si dal par cigaret a vcera jsem dost prasil v KFC. Kdyz pominu ty moje eskapady s chlastem, tak bych rekl, ze ziju celkem zdrave. Blby jsou ty sluzebky, kdy se stravuju na benzinkach. Kdyz zrovna neni pandemie, tak se aspon snazim jist neco normalniho v hospodach. Ale ne vzdy se to podari...

Taky asi pomalu budu muset najit jinou appku na behani. To co pouzivam ted je podle meho super pro cloveka ktery zacina, ale zacinam pokukovat po necem sofistikovanejsim. Budu kdyztak rad za tipy! :)

Často se používá (nebo používala) Strava, co já vim. Ale s appkama moc zkušeností nemám. My geekové jedeme převážně na smart watch :D
