My Actifit Report Card: November 23, 2022
Yesterday I logged about 12K steps. I went for two walks throughout the day. In the early afternoon I took Tini the Chiweenie to a nearby park for a short hike. It was nice and sunny up on the hill and we discovered some interesting paths that I plan to explore another time. Later in the evening I took a walk around town.
I managed to hit the 8 hour sleep mark the night before giving me enough rest for a good day. Now it’s time to head to my parents house for a Thanksgiving feast. Hope you all have a great holiday!
