My Actifit Report Card: January 4, 2023

Yesterday I logged over 10,000 steps on Actifit. I’m not really off to a hot start in the new year… as it’s already the 5th and I’ve only had one Actifit post… Time to kick things up a notch… I logged most of my steps during a walk with Tini the Chiweenie around 4pm, as you can see by my Daily Movement chart. The weather has been nice and warm. The ducks took advantage of the warm weather with a nice pool party in the backyard. Enjoy these pictures of the flock splashing around… Satoshi looks super silly.

All the ducks looks so cute and beautiful. I also go walk to 4 o'clock in the evening every day. Then there would be a little sunshine and the weather would be good. Ducks are having a lot of fun in the water. Thanks for sharing your actifit report.

I see that you are much more active with your walks at the beginning of 2023, if you continue like this, surely in a short time you will be able to increase your daily kilometers
