My Actifit Report Card: January 11, 2023
Yesterday I logged over 10,200 steps on Actifit. Most of the early day was spent driving around town running errands. When I got finished I went for a walk, which is where I logged most of my steps. I looped around a local Elementary school that has a pretty nice playground area. No one was there, so I decided to swing on the swing set for a few minutes. It was my first time on a swing set in a very long time, and to be honest it was quite a good, relaxing time. A pleasant midway break on my hour long walk around town.
Today has been a mixture of snow and rain which might prevent me from getting an outdoor walk in. I’ll be keeping an eye on the skies to see if I can catch a break.
