My Actifit Report Card: March 19, 2023
Yesterday I logged just 6,062 steps on Actifit, roughly 4,000 shy of my 10,000 step goal. It was Sunday and although it was a nice day, I did not have much time to get my daily walk in. I took a trip down to my parents house and spent the day hanging out, watching NCAA March Madness Basketball and having dinner with the family. Since I moved out of town, I don’t get to see them as much, so it’s always nice to get together for a Sunday night meal every now and then. We had some buffalo chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, broccoli and macaroni and cheese. Tini the Chiweenie came along to play with my parents dog, Max the Labradoodle. Tini always gets tired after a long day out. Here’s a picture of Tini wrapped up like a baby in her blanket…
