My Actifit Report Card: April 6, 2023

Yesterday I logged 15,434 steps on Actifit, over 5,400 steps more than my daily 10K step count goal. Like I said in my last post, I’ll be watching Ginger (a one year old Pitbull / Labrador Retriever mix) for the week. I took her on two long walks throughout the day to try and fire her out a bit. She’s loaded with energy and is super powerful for a 50 pound dog. Giving her plenty of exercise is crucial to make things go smoothly while she is home inside of the house. It seems like 15,000+ steps did the trick!
