My Actifit Report Card: August 8, 2023

Yesterday I logged 22,046 steps on Actifit, roughly 12,000 steps more than my daily 10K step goal. Majority of my steps were logged on various walks throughout the day with all of the dogs. Above is a photo of the two German Shorthaired Pointers in the front yard ready for a nice long walk. Their incredibly high energy has been keeping me active throughout the week. Below is a picture of all five pups together posing for a treat. Tini the Chiweenie is more occupied by the chicken dinner on the table though… Overall im enjoying all of the extra activity, but it definitely is a bit hectic at times.
