My Actifit Report Card: August 10, 2023
Yesterday I logged 10,367 on Actifit, a little less than 400 steps more than my daily 10K step goal. Majority of my steps were logged taking for the pups for walks throughout the day. In the afternoon, I went to my parents house for a family pizza party. Had a few drinks, ate a few slices… it was a good time. Above is a picture of “the spot” a classic hideout in the woods overlooking the harbor that I’ve gone to since my high school days.
