My Actifit Report Card: August 11, 2023
Yesterday I logged 11,336 steps on Actifit, roughly 1,300 steps more than my daily 10K step goal. It was the last full day of watching the German Short Haired Pointers and most of my steps were logged taking them out for walks. Above is a photo of the pups and a couple of my friends on a hike to a natural quartz quarry. We dug out a few solid points, saw some newts and had a good afternoon. Overall, it has been a long week and I’m lookin forward to the end of it.
