My Actifit Report Card: August 14, 2023

Yesterday I logged 10,959 steps on Actifit, roughly 1,000 steps more than my daily 10K step goal. It was Tini’s departure day, as she heads to Ecuador for surgery. Above is a picture of Tini looking out the window of the airplane. A lot of the day was spent running errands and driving around. In the early evening I took Finn for a short walk around the neighborhood to help push me over the 10K mark. Overall it was a good Monday, though I’m a bit sad that Tini will be gone for a few weeks! Let’s hope her procedure goes well 🙏🏼
