My Actifit Report Card: September 11, 2023
Yesterday I logged 8,558 steps on Actifit roughly 1,500 steps short of my daily 10K step goal. It was a rainy Monday with thunderstorms throughout much of the afternoon. Majority of my steps were logged around the house and at the grocery store. After a weekend of bad weather, the rain seemed to clear up today. Above is a photo of Finley out on a hike. I’m currently writing this post as we walk through the forest! Now back to enjoying nature…
