My Actifit Report Card: September 13, 2023

Yesterday I logged 11,502 steps on Actifit, roughly 1,500 steps more than my daily 10K step goal. It was another stormy morning, with rain and thunderstorms throughout much of the early part of the day. In the afternoon it cleared up and I was able to go for a walk with the pups, which is how I logged most of my steps. Above is a photo of some peaches I got from an NFT project. Essentially I bought an NFT and was able to claim a package of 13 delicious, peaches. They were truly some of the best peaches I have ever had.

Peaches are great fruits and highly nutritious and yummy.

Congratulations on achieving even much more than your set goals with 1,502 more steps on actifit fitness tracker. I barely do more than 8000 myself but I hope to improve.

Exercises are good for a healthy life and apps for fitness like the Actifit Fitness Tracker should be on everyone's top list.
