My Actifit Report Card: September 18, 2023

Yesterday I logged 5,406 steps on Actifit, roughly 4,600 steps short of my daily 10K step goal. It was a relaxing Monday as you can probably guess by my step count. I did a few errands, took Scarlett to the vet and then spent the rest of the day on the computer and watching Monday Night Football. My bets didn’t do too well, but have a solid roll to keep it going into this week. Above is a photo of Finn relaxing on the couch… I tried putting a couch cover on but it’s impossible to keep on with the two knucklehead mutts running around every morning. I desperately need to put a fence up so they can run outside and let loose.
