My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2023
The daily hike is why I can't miss a day perspiring and staying fit. Earlier today, it didn't rain for a change. I went to look for our cows but I haven't found them and since the atmosphere is cool and not too bright, I sat on the grass and type away the article that I needed to submit to #dreemport and it's a response to #inkwellprompt.

I went home late and it's the same path as yesterday so I just run faster on my way home. haha Tomorrow, I'll try my best not to be late so that I may capture great pictures to share. Hopefully, it will be sunny again tomorrow.😊

It rained here heavily from night till Morning around 10am. Cool weather that supports cuddling 😂
Wow. Cuddling is for people with lots of savings hahaha and as for me, it's a tougher day to deal with.

Did you find the cows and how high up are you to be above the clouds!
Found them today haha and I don't know how high it is above sea level haha I just know it takes 20 mins to get where the farm is.
Ah that is so cool, it is interesting the higher up you get the more the countryside ie tree types and grass looks like here in the UK and less tropical!
So you go up and check they are ok, I am guessing they don't need feeding by you.
I do intentionally feed them sometimes, for the fun of it. Like banana leaves or ipil-ipil leaves and sometimes an Indian mango fruit haha

That's what I feed Sweeney and Brenda, stalk and leaves of the taro plant. It's cooked over a firewood fire. Only Brenda is allowed to eat mangoes. It has fiber so it might damage pregnancy. haha
