Yeah peeps...PUML challenges all of us for the next 7 days with a Sleeping Challenge!

A restful sleep is at the core of almost everything... so let's see how we can create a better environment for us to catch those zzzz!

We'll be focusing on something different each day…

Day 1:

Set a Sleep Schedule
The first day of the challenge is all about setting a consistent sleep schedule.
Determine what time one needs to wake up each day and work backwards to determine what time you need to go to bed.
The aim is to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

So make sure you join PUML Discord and show how you plan to achieve this first goal! 🎯

PUML will be keeping track of each day individually, and at the end of the 7 days the winner (total higher score) will take home a juicy $PUML reward!
